Celebrating Life! In "Celebrating Life: Full Circle", a part of my faceless, ageless series, I commemorate my 5 year survival. This art quilt is meant to empower women and inspire hope and comfort, commemorating the many paths one walks throughout life's ever changing journey!
-
Spreading Joy! "Spreading Joy" uses photo screenprinting, african resist, discharge, raw silk, cotton damask, and kente cloth in "9 patch" fashion to create the art cloth.
-
Rhythm and Soul (details) "Rhythm and Soul 3" the series was explored for the "Drum Workshop" event at Featherstone in Martha's Vineyard, MA. I used African resist, photo silkscreens, dye, paint, foil, cotton, silk organza, hemp and kente cloth.
